• Career data submitted for AI processing

  When you use the AI content generation or coaching features, the achievements you select and the career context you provide (such as role, company, and industry) are transmitted to our server and forwarded to a third-party AI service for processing. This data is used solely to fulfill your request and is not retained on our servers after the response is delivered.

• Rate-limiting identifier

  A cryptographic hash of your IP address is generated on the server and used solely to enforce usage limits. The hash is automatically discarded after 26 hours. Your raw IP address is not stored.

• Achievements, notes, and career profile data remain on the user's device and in their private iCloud container; the Developer does not have access to this data at rest
• Photo attachments are stored on-device only and are never transmitted to any server
• The application does not require account creation, does not collect email addresses, and does not require sign-in
• The application does not request access to the camera, contacts, location services, or calendar
• No data is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers

• Apple

  Application distribution, App Store subscription management, and iCloud data synchronization. User data is stored in a private CloudKit container encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple.

• Google (Gemini API)

  Third-party AI model used for content generation and career coaching. Only the specific achievements and context selected by the user are transmitted for processing. Google's applicable data usage policies govern this processing.

These apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

iCloud-synced data is retained according to the user's iCloud account settings and may be deleted at any time. Local data is removed upon deletion of the application. Career data transmitted for AI processing is not retained on our servers after the generated content is delivered.

• All career data is stored on your device and in your private iCloud container — the Developer does not have access to it and cannot retrieve, modify, or delete it on your behalf
• Delete all local data by removing the application from your device
• Delete iCloud-synced data through your device Settings under your Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage
• When AI features are used, the data transmitted for processing is not retained on the Developer's servers after the response is delivered; there is no stored copy to request or delete
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your data has been mishandled

When this policy changes in a meaningful way, the effective date above is updated and, where appropriate, an in-app notice is shown before the change takes effect.
