What we collect
Crash and diagnostic data
Anonymous, aggregated crash reports and performance metrics provided by Apple. Used solely to find and fix bugs.
Purchase receipts
Receipts validated through Apple to verify in-app purchases and subscriptions. Apple, not Forklock, receives your payment information.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect contacts, photos, location, or browsing history
- We do not sell or share data with advertisers
- We do not use third-party analytics SDKs
Third parties
Apple
App distribution, in-app purchases, and optional iCloud sync of app data scoped to your private container.
Children
These apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention
Diagnostic information is retained only as long as needed to investigate and resolve issues, then discarded.
Your rights
- Request a copy of any personal data tied to your account
- Request correction or deletion of that data
- Withdraw any consent you have given, at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes in a meaningful way, the effective date above is updated and, where appropriate, an in-app notice is shown before the change takes effect.
