What we collect
Purchase information
When you buy the one-time Nightfall Pro unlock, or restore a previous purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple's App Store and validated through RevenueCat, the Developer's purchase-management provider. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated, anonymous app-user identifier together with the transaction and receipt details and standard technical information (such as IP address, device model, operating-system version, and country) needed to validate the purchase and restore it across your devices. Nightfall does not create an account for you and does not send your name, email address, saved scenes, or any audio to RevenueCat.
What we do not collect
- Saved scenes, slider levels, timer preferences, and settings are stored only on the user's device; the Developer has no access to them
- The application does not require account creation, does not collect names or email addresses, and does not require sign-in
- The application does not collect usage analytics or location data, and the anonymous identifier used to validate your purchase is never used to track you across apps or websites
- The application does not request access to the microphone, camera, contacts, photos, or health data
- The application contains no advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services
- No data is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers
Third parties
Apple
Application distribution and in-app purchase processing. The Nightfall Pro one-time unlock is transacted through Apple's App Store; the Developer never sees or stores payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs that processing.
RevenueCat
Purchase validation and entitlement management. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-user identifier, transaction and receipt details, and standard technical information to validate the one-time Pro purchase and enable restore across devices. It does not receive your name, email, saved scenes, or audio. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.
Children
Nightfall is not directed at children under the age of 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention
All app data (saved scenes, slider levels, preferences) lives on the user's device and is removed when the application is deleted. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat in accordance with their respective policies; the anonymous identifier and transaction data held by RevenueCat persist for as long as needed to validate and restore your purchase.
Your rights
- All app data is stored on your device; deleting the application deletes your saved scenes and preferences
- The only data collected is the anonymous purchase record RevenueCat holds to validate your unlock; you can request its deletion, or ask any question about your data, by contacting montilangelo@gmail.com
- Purchase records are held by Apple under your Apple ID and can be managed through your Apple account
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your data has been mishandled
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes in a meaningful way, the effective date above is updated. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
