How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
CareerWins Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple. Navigate to Settings on your device, tap your name, then select Subscriptions. From there you may modify your plan or cancel. Cancellation prevents future billing; Pro access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a previous purchase on a new device?
Open CareerWins, navigate to Settings, and select Restore Purchases. Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Pro entitlements will be restored automatically.
Where is my data stored?
Achievements, career profile data, and generated content are stored on the device and synchronized via the user's private iCloud container. Only the account holder can access this data. Photo attachments are stored on-device only and are not transmitted to any server.
How do I delete all my data?
To remove local data, delete the application from the device. To remove iCloud-synced data, navigate to device Settings, tap your name, select iCloud, then Manage Storage, and delete the CareerWins data.
Is my career data transmitted externally?
Achievements and career profile data are stored locally and in the user's private iCloud container. Data is transmitted externally only when AI features are used: the specific achievements and context selected by the user are sent to the Developer's server for processing and forwarded to Google's Gemini API. This data is not retained on the Developer's servers after the response is delivered.
What are AI generations and what are the usage limits?
AI generations refer to AI-produced career documents, such as resume bullet points, salary negotiation correspondence, and performance review talking points. The free tier includes 3 generations per calendar month. Pro subscribers receive unlimited generations.
What is AI career coaching and what are the usage limits?
AI career coaching is an interactive chat feature that provides personalized career guidance based on your achievements and profile. Free users receive 3 coaching messages for the lifetime of the app. Pro subscribers receive unlimited coaching messages.
The application is not syncing across devices.
Verify that iCloud is enabled on all devices and that the same Apple ID is in use. Confirm that CareerWins has iCloud access under Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud. Initial synchronization may require a brief delay after setup.
